It's a toes to bar while doing a pull up. Lead with your toes and send your legs as much over the bar as you can.
Do a hip cast and spin around the bar, keeping the bar tucked into your waist and your body in a tuck and roll position.
From a cast, push tall with your arms while releasing one and swing your legs up and over the bar. After landing on the bar with your legs and catching the bar again, lean back and slow down your speed with your hands, let go when you see the ground.
